PicoPascal Machine Company is a
machining and welding job shop. Established in 1986; the original intent was
to manufacture products for the high vacuum industry. Early events have
redirected PicoPascal Company to custom manufacturing. Operations include
production, repairs, prototypes, design and consulting. We are searching for
outwardly simple, but in reality very challenging work.
We machine all metal forms (bars, plates, castings etc.). We redesign parts
formerly cast to parts machined from solids or weldments. We are familiar
with machining 300 series stainless steels, aluminum, mild steels, castings,
and plastics.
Welding expertise is primarily with stainless steel. We can also weld steel
and aluminum and braze most metals.
A picopascal is a unit of pressure, approximately the pressure in deep
interstellar space. Pico is a prefix for a trillionth; a hundred million
billion picopascals equals atmospheric pressure.
